Summary
A private pilot operating a Cessna 182T at FL145 without supplemental oxygen experienced incapacitation consistent with hypoxia during a mountain crossing flight near Canberra. The aircraft began a slow descent until the pilot recovered at approximately 9,000 ft. The pilot made an unplanned landing at Cooma Airport. No injuries.
