Summary
An Air Tractor AT-501 conducting broadacre grain application impacted the ground at the end of a run, after the pilot failed to arrest the aircraft's descent at the turn. The aircraft struck a dirt levee bank and was substantially damaged. The pilot sustained minor injuries and was conveyed to Toowoomba Hospital.
